生活中總有那麼多人不快樂。30% 的人口有一定程度的心理問題，約7% 的人口有嚴重的心理問題，並且隨著社會的發展，生活節奏，數量仍在增加。那麼,怎樣才能保持心理健康呢?

1、體育鍛煉

出自《黃帝內經》中素問上第一章上古天真論中：上古之人，其知道者，法於陰陽，和於術數，食飲有節，起居有常，不妄作勞，故能形與神俱，而盡終其天年，度百歲乃去。老祖宗早就告訴學生我們自己身心是互相影響的，動起來多麼一個重要。

體育鍛煉被公認為是一種心理治療方法。美國的一項調查顯示， 1750名心理醫生中，80%的人認為體育鍛煉是治療的有效手段之一。體育運動能促進學生身心全面發展，為心理健康教育發展研究提供更加堅定的物質文化基礎;體育活動鍛煉能產生具有豐富的情緒體驗，改善情緒狀態;體育鍛煉能培養一個良好的情操和意志品質;體育鍛煉能預防和治療心理疾病。科學的鍛煉才能獲得最大的心理效應，愉快和有趣的活動才能達到最佳的情緒效應。鍛煉要持續8～10周，每周3～5次的身體活動才構成身體鍛煉。 

每次鍛煉的持續時間(每次鍛煉的持續時間與心理效益的關系說法尚不統一，但有一點幾乎是可以肯定的，那就是：至少20～30min)。注意：並不是越高強度的運動越有效，對於常人來說更適合選擇有氧運動或者有節奏的腹式呼吸的運動如快走、慢跑、騎自行車、八段錦、太極等適合自我的中等負荷強度的運動。幾項進行研究分析結果可以表明：中等強度比高強度的鍛煉對增強心境更有效。運動方式你可以自己選擇，長期堅持，養成習慣，你會發現心理問題離你越來越遠。所以，這件事你一定工作要做，也最經濟得到實惠。

2、建立適度的學習和生活目標。

”這句話可以充分說明了"神”在個體心理健康中的重要性，從本原上來講，神生於形，從功能上我們來說，神是形的主宰，神可禦形。"虛無”是給予我們保持健康心理方向的。《素問·湯液醪醴論》也說："嗜欲無窮，而憂患不止。”可見，欲求過度發展帶來的憂患不止是企業造成中國精神生活困擾的重要影響因素，也因此說明了節欲守神的重要性，那麼我們如何節欲守神呢?也就是說，心理健康不僅要看外界環境對個體的影響，還要注意自己的精神修行，學會控制自己的欲望，減少主觀欲望的需要，保持內心的平靜，維持身心的健康.現代人總是想法太多，都希望自己"一夜暴富”，給自己定了很高的目標，一定要這樣那樣，一定要自己達到某種程度;還有的人總是喜歡和別人比較，希望自己也能和那些牛人一樣，有時候有目標、有想法、有榜樣是好事，這樣可以促使你前進。但是，想法沒有太多，目標成本太高，比較太多就會給學生自己平添很多問題煩惱，內心就無法得到平靜，也會傷神。因此，建議每個人都應該根據自己的實際情況制定自己的學習和生活目標，從小目標開始一步一步。你也應該知道，快樂是生命中最重要的東西。
